Biolsoft WMV Converter is a multi-format video converter. Althought there's only WMV in the application's title, this tool also can convert files to AVI, MPEG, VCD, SVCD, DVD, 3GP, MP4, FLV, and RMVB. WMV is a format that I have had problems with in the past in terms of converting and processing. Boilsoft WMV Converter didn't have any problems with it at all. In my testing, I opened an FLV file and converted it to WMV with the standard settings left unchanged. The file converted just fine.
This converter has a very simple user interface. The screen is divided into three areas. The first one is where your queue goes. All the files that you open will go there, and you can select or unselect them for conversion. On the right is a video player that allows you to preview your videos, and the lower part of the screen is dedicated to the conversion settings. There, you select the output format and you can change the quality settings a bit. You can also crop or stretch your videos and cut parts of them. If you want to, you can also add a watermark or a subtitle which will be hardcoded.
